When you sign up we collect your email address, your company name, which product you're interested in, and an optional company logo. We do not collect any customer data at signup.
Your job notes or photos may include your customers' details. We use those details only to make that shop's documents (the customer summary and office record). We never sell them.
Notes and customer details are deleted immediately on our side once they are processed. We do not hold customer details after processing.
We use an AI provider to generate the sheets. That provider may retain the information sent to it under its own policy.
We only email people who signed up. Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe.
